[Bug]: Remove UUID from UI

### Summary

In changelog currently the UUID is displayed.

Same for classes on hover / tooltip.

### Steps to reproduce

Make changes in a class and go to changelog.

### Expected behavior

No UUIDs in changelog.

### Actual behavior

UUID's are shown.

### Impact

Minor issue
