+## Eligibility at a Glance

+- A recognized **University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics, or a related discipline**, with a minimum cumulative average of **6.5/10** (or equivalent).
+- Degree must be from an institution accredited in its country, or evaluated as equivalent by [KYSATS](https://www.kysats.ac.cy/).
+- Proof of **English proficiency**: IELTS ≥ 6.5, TOEFL ≥ 580 PBT / 82 iBT, GCE/IGCSE English at grade C or above, or the minimum English requirement of the Chinese Graduate Entrance Examination. Graduates of English-speaking universities are exempt.
