Add room type metadata (Room State Events) #194

Describe the problem
Right now we don't know what kind of a room we are dealing with since m.direct is set client side. we should have a way to distinguish between a DM, Group DM, and a normal Room.
Describe the solution you'd like
Use Room State Events to store that information.
