Mutual Rooms doesn't show

When clicking someone's profile, the pill for viewing mutual rooms isn't there

Expected behavior

Should show me a list of mutual rooms

It doesn't show it on synapse for me either, when using my backup account at fairchat.eu (which uses synapse 1.148.0)

on my own c10y server it works fine, so it's assumably dependent on some homeserver support
