hello @Zumel-bot , we don't block anything on our side, and firewalling would result in an error message from the browser, not a blank screen.. It's possible there are temporary or "random" networking issues between you and the server. Do you always get this screen? what's your browser? also you can try and refresh the window or curl to the URL address in the terminal window to see if there's a networking issue.

@nabralkreditov it helps because it shows the problem is not in the proxy server or the target VM but in the Gotty (terminal to web) service, which is responding with the HTML in your second screen correctly (so it's running) but it does not show the actual "terminal" window.
