Filterout does not show all applicants except the tag

Unless I do "list" before filterout, I am unable to view all your applicants except for those with the specified tag.

If I do 'remind 5" and no person exits, then doing "filterout t/offered" also shows no person exists even though there are many applicants.

Though stated in the UG that filters are accumulative, please specify to do "list" to actually view all your applicants except for those with the specified tag.

Hi, thanks for pointing that out. However, in our User Guide, we have stated that the commands filter and filterout will persist until other commands are used, or else it will be accumulative

Though it could be an improvement to specifically state that list should be used to view everyone in the list, since it is already stated in the User Guide (but not specific to list), we will assign this as NotInScope

Futhermore, we feel that the severity of the bug should be lowered to Low, as it is unlikely to affect the normal operations of HireHive since users can use the list command to see all the applicants again
