Addition of villages to digitization app

Objective: To expand the coverage of the Digitization App by including a number of villages. This expansion requires the app to incorporate a verified and consolidated list of villages, which will be prepared in consultation with SPDP. 

Task: To run the api to update the list of villages covered in the Digitization App
