Split seekbar into chapter segments

Here's an idea to show chapter markers as transparent gaps similar to YouTube.

One note: You're using goto continue, then label ::continue::

This unfortunately will break in about 80% of mpv installations (especially non-Windows), as they only support lua 5.1, and goto does not work in it.

Lua 5.2+ supports goto
