Describe the bug
Filters for both the ticket filter bar (defined by FilterBar.js) and the filtering system while creating new tickets (defined by both CreateTicket.js and UserList.js) are visually reset on manual refresh of the page. The filters remain the same, but this is not reflected to the user.
To Reproduce
Set filter(s) on the filter bar page or new ticket pages and refresh the page.
Expected behavior
Refresh of the pages should maintain the filters visually.
