Enhance VulnerableApp Legacy UI to have toggle feature as well as Card generation logic

Legacy UI support like we will add for VulnerableApp Facade. Legacy UI is present within this repo under static resources, you can find VulnerableApp.js file which contains the JS code and similarly other static files in the repo.

This is a great feature that we need. We have implemented card generation logic in Modern UI but legacy UI is the most used UI for VulnerableApp.

I’m currently finalizing the implementation. Tomorrow, I will open a PR for review and to gather feedback and suggestions for improvements
