feat: Campaign creator onboarding checklist with progress tracking

Overview

Add an onboarding checklist for new campaign creators that guides them through setting up their campaign, connecting their wallet, verifying KYC, and launching their first campaign.

Motivation

New creators often abandon the platform because they don't know what steps are needed before they can receive contributions. A visual checklist reduces drop-off and ensures all prerequisites are met before launch.

Proposed Design

1. After account creation, show an onboarding checklist widget on the dashboard
2. Checklist items: Complete profile, Connect Stellar wallet, Complete KYC verification, Create first campaign, Set funding goal and deadline, Add campaign description and media, Preview and launch
3. Each item shows a checkmark when completed, with a link to the relevant page
4. Checklist is dismissible but can be reopened from settings
5. Progress percentage is tracked and displayed
6. Checklist items are dynamically determined based on account state

Acceptance Criteria

• Onboarding checklist appears on dashboard for accounts with no published campaigns
• Each item links to the relevant setup page
• Items auto-complete based on account state (e.g., KYC verified means item checked)
• Progress bar shows completion percentage
• Checklist can be dismissed and re-opened from account settings
• Checklist does not show for accounts with published campaigns
• Responsive design works on mobile
• No performance impact on dashboard load time
