Closes Phase-4 Tier-1 items #1 and #2 from AUTONOMOUS_DEBUG_PROMPT.md. Scope is the deep-dive page; it must speak the truth about what kind of instrument the operator is staring at: 1. is_vol_index(ticker) → VOLATILITY INDEX banner replaces the CHEAP/RICH verdict + IV-quality banner block. ^VIX, ^VVIX, ^SKEW etc. are derived data, not directly tradable. The banner points the operator toward the matching vol product (VXX for ^VIX, UVXY for leveraged term-structure plays). 2. is_vol_product(ticker) → amber STRUCTURAL CONTANGO DRAG banner above the normal Scope content. VXX / UVXY / SVXY / VIXY bleed value to roll-cost during normal contango regimes regardless of spot-vol direction; horizons > 5 trading days carry measurable bleed. Inverse products (SVXY) get the same banner since the warning is about magnitude, not direction. Also includes the use_container_width → width migration for this file (folded into this commit since both edits touched the same render_scope_page function in one session). Verified: py_compile clean; inline assert on symbol_types.is_vol_index and is_vol_product gates returns expected True/False for ^VIX, SPY, VXX, UVXY.
