add addon manager filters to the "used addons" dialog

The addon manager dialog has a lot of nice filters. Having these filters and option also available in the "used addons" dialog would be great.

lots of searching and scrolling.

Proposed solution

Add the options marked in green to the "used addons" dialog.

I guess the yellow option can be removed, even in the addon manager, as it's not possible to open projects using sdk v1 addons.

Why is this idea important?

Improved usability with the "used addons" dialog, which is especially useful when using "bundle addon" as that requires us to manually update 3rd party addons via that dialog.
