Strange graphical issue when the plugin is enabled #48

Description

@Diapolo10

I want to preface this by saying I don't know for sure whether or not this is actually the plugin's fault. However, it does seem to go away the moment I disable the plugin, so I might as well at least bring it up. I have not observed it happening under any other scenarios.

On occasion, while watching YouTube on the primary monitor and playing OSRS in Runelite with the plugin enabled on the second monitor, the content on the main monitor gets all glitchy (as if it was split into small tiles and they were scattered randomly - unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of this), and everything in Runelite noticeably slows down, including mouse movement. The problem stops if I move the mouse back to the main monitor, or disable the 3D Weather plugin.

Here's some additional information:

  • 3D Weather plugin version: 1.2.7
