Change "being downgraded" message/options

While very responsive (very thoughtful) and very short and sweet - the being downgraded message needs a bit more commucation to work. Currently there is no way to renew subscription before it is actually expired.

And you would expect the status of being downgraded to change within a few moments, sort of "being downgraded" .... "done" .

So I suggest it should be something like.

Premium subscription
Expires [date].
Renew subscription.

Renew is handled in issue #1056

Agree about expiration date but what I think we should do "Renew" as a separate issue because it will be more complicated to implement (if I understand it correctly, @allanmc, we would then have to store the user's renewal request until the subscription actually runs out, and then send it in)
