[Bug]: use up your tyres

Description

So i get 2 displays here tires and tire wear, tire wear doesnt get reset

Steps to Reproduce

So as i said the tires arnt being changed properly, if im understanding correctly im supposed to install use up your tires as well to get this feature but yet its showing this, after new tires, only usedplus use up your tires are active screen shot to follow, the log file will show more mods available but i tested with just used plus and use up your tyres on a test map

after some testing it seems useing rvb inspection\repair server fixes the tires however used plus doesnt replace the tires properly it only resets the tyres counter, doesnt actully fix the wheels when they are bald for example
