• Add POEM.md at the repository root with an original four-stanza poem written for FreelanceFlow.
• Add demos/pressroom-poem-demo.mp4 as a short demo proof for review.

Creative decision

I used a late-night pressroom/typesetting metaphor because it maps scoped briefs, review proof, escrow release, and trust receipts to FreelanceFlow without repeating the visible ledger, harbor, station-log, orchard, relay-room, review-desk, calibration, or generic security-audit themes.

Validation

• Root POEM.md included with 4 stanzas.
• Demo video generated: 8.0s, 1280x720, MP4/H.264.
• git diff --cached --check passed before commit.
