The installer fails due to the fact the folder locale is missing

The INSTALL.sh fails as follows:

Installing Extension app-grid-tweaks@Selenium-H
Installation Path /home/xxx/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions

Removing any Older Version ...   Done
Copying New Version ...          cp: cannot stat 'locale': No such file or directory
Done
Compiling Schemas ...            Done
Creating Translations ...        ./INSTALL.sh: line 67: cd: locale: No such file or directory
msgfmt: error while opening "schemas//app-grid-tweaks.po" for reading: No such file or directory

Extension Installed, Translations not done.

Restart GNOME Shell ( Alt + F2 , Press r , Press Enter ).
Enable this extension using GNOME Tweak Tool

the folder is not included in the zip.
