Update Instructions?

The instructions on this page https://github.com/SequentMicrosystems/16inpind-rpi/blob/main/python/README.md are no longer valid with the latest release of Raspberry Pi OS.

In particular this command returns errors: sudo apt-get install build-essential python-pip python-dev python-smbus git
