Events within python

Hi, I have a question regarding events. I know that I can use the function getOptoInterrupt or getOptoEdge. But how do I use that correcly? Is there a documentation how to use that? A Callback-Function possibility or simular? Or shoudl I only ask, if a interrupt was detected and live the delay?

Maybe you can help me with that.
I use the 16 Input LV and the 16 Output-Boards. Thanks a lot...

Hi,
I know the question is old and you might solved the problem but we try to solve all the issues.
A good reference to use interrupt in python can be found here
The 16-LV-Inputs card can be set to signal any input change on a raspberry gpio (depend on the version wich gpio is alocated) then you can use the code from the example to trigger a read and determine wich input has changed.
