getRepowerOnBattery() and setRepowerOnBattery() always return -1

For some reason, getRepowerOnBattery() and setRepowerOnBattery() functions always return value of -1 for me. Trying to create a Python program to safely shut down Raspberry but but I'm stuck with this problem.

Looks like you have a older version of the watchdog, Run the "wdt -rob 0" command in the terminal to see if is supported
