Inference steps for generation

So just curious what everyone else is using, for those using the 2 turbo models.

it seems to me if i go much over 20 for XL, it starts getting sort of 'repeating' at times. But if i go too low, the sound quality suffers.

Similar for non turbo, if i get over 10, it also gets 'loopy' ( for lack of a better term )

Not sure what happy medium others have come up with.
