`edit m/` does not consistently update the Person List

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a person (without a module)
2. Add the person's module with edit m/
3. Repeat step 2 but keep changing the module name

Expected

Person List to be updated with every change

Actual

The targeted person does not have any classes listed below.
