pycatia_bom_automation_html_report.ipynb - fails if children aren't in design mode

When running pycatia_bom_automation_html_report.ipynb the script will fail if the children aren't in design mode.

This was also the case with pycatia/examples/example__bom_custom_001.py from which pycatia_bom_automation_html_report.ipynb was taken.

I've updated the example now with this patch: evereux/pycatia@bd4fb2c
