Subject: [PATCH] Remove "3.0" version reference from README

The lead-in line in the README hard-coded "Shopify CLI 3.0", which
ages poorly and adds no value to the description. Decision records
that reference 3.0 are intentionally left alone since they document
the historical 2.0 → 3.0 migration.
