image.liquid - uses invalid parameter type

Inside the image.liquid snippet, the parameter image specifies an image type, but according to the LiquidDocs, it is not a supported type.

Support for types like image was introduced in Shopify/theme-tools#874 (which added support for more complex types).

The documentation hasn’t been updated yet. I've fired up an issue for this and we'll tackle it.
