Multiply used fields

If the fields are used several times in one entry, then under the current model all occurrences will be typeset as the last one.
Possible options:

1. set up a warning upon saving/changing the entry/sometime else
   • prohibit saving in this case
   • allow saving but show a mbox with warning that typesetting will go awry
