does not work correctly with core ultra series

until today i had 13700k cpu. program worked correctly according to masks settings.
today i bought core ultra 265k cpu and glitches instantly appeared.
I set OBS to use E cores as did before but in reality it started to use 3 cores only instead of 12 and load time of OBS increased in times!
When i set OBS to use P cores masks - it used all cores available P+E and loaded very fast.

That core layout indeed makes absolutely no sense. Definitely looks like a bug in the core type detection.
You're the first Core Ultra user that I've heard from, so I don't have any data on these CPUs yet.

Would you be able to run something for me that will allow me to hopefully fix it?

The version/edition of Visual Studio shouldn't matter. Like the video shows, it just needs to have "Desktop development with C++" installed, and inside the properties of the C++ project, it should use the C++20 language standard.

i set powerplan to max perfomance and turned off game mode - now everything works correctly. so one of two or both solves that issue)
