I'd like to suggest adding this app to WinGet repository (https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs) for easier installation and automatic updates (via marticliment.UniGetUI). Thank you.

I think this is a very good idea. But some things need to happen first.
From my understanding, before this can be added to WinGet, it should have an installer.
I've been playing around with Wix for a while now trying to get it done, and to be frank, I'm sick of it. Why is making an installer (especially one that can be integrated into a GitHub workflow) so difficult? I'm not longer gonna try set this up myself.

Help from someone else is definitely needed.
The installer must:

• Ask the user where they want to install it, C:\Program Files\CPU Set Setter by default.
• Be able to run silently, so WinGet can (un)install it.
• Have an icon show up for the app in Windows' App list.
