I thought it might be worth creating a Button Proxy for the Signin-Button (Android and iOS) similar to the Facebook Login button in Titanium. Does this make sense. I'm currently using my own button but i thought it would be nice to have.

Yes. This definitely would be a nice to have. I am also currently using my own button, but I know the assets and such are bundled into the SDK's so the functionality is there. I think it just needs exposure.
