GET skillwallet

The component should either return result (somehow) or store in the localstorage the user's skillWallet.
After the user is created (or logged in), make a request to GET api/skillwallets/{tokenId} and store the result in localstorage/or smth.

Seems like local storage should be great for this. One edge case: user could login to SW auth, we save their SW data to local, they sign off, then come back a few days later after clearing their local storage...then our app's missing the SW.
Fix: we want to make the same GET call again inside the app (only if) the user's localstorage was cleared
