add fast fetch for cmd

yeah i made this and sent it to discord but it might be good here aswell

Prerequisites: Fast Fetch with a command for cmd (Check by typing in fastfetch in cmd) it should work if you have already followed the tutorial on their channel.

Step 1: Create a batch file anywhere with cls && fastfetch && @echo off && cmd /k in it.

Step 2: Go to the settings of the Terminal and then to the Command Prompt settings.

Step 3: Set the location to the batch file.
