Mimic regionkit's new guideColor property for slugbase cat's guide overseers?

Like you'd still have the original input method, like normal if this is unspecified no guide overseer will spawn.
"guide_overseer": 1,

If it finds this it just overrides the color of the player's guide, it wouldn't affect the rest the overseers, just the player guide and still needs the player guide to spawn to do anything.

Thinking about it and comparing it to other values I suppose it would be more efficient to have it be written as:

"guide_color": [1, 0.8, 0.3],
