Dispenser and Dropper not silenced

When connected to a redstone clock (or using a button), the dispenser and dropper still make the ticking sound. Pistons are silent as well as mobs. Looks like just those 2 redstone blocks unless I missed any that normally make sound (tried piston, sticky piston, note block, dispenser, dropper).
