Expose astrometric fit polynomial order

Astrometry.net allows for distortions in the WCS solution using polynomials. This can be controlled with the "-t" option. Expose this parameter through the WCS calibration function to the API. For now, only allow 0 (default?), 1, or 2 (up to second order distortions).
