No wallet balance display in lock flow

What changed

• When locking assets, users don't see their current wallet balance
• They must switch to Freighter to check if they have enough

Why

• Showing the available balance next to the input field prevents failed transactions
• Should fetch and display the user's balance for the staking asset

How to test

1. Navigate to /farm/<poolId>
2. Open the lock flow
3. Observe no balance displayed near the amount input
