boolean type tag

Currently testing my libc function implementations with GNU libc, and I have not found a clean way to do boolean equality with cr_assert.

We had the same question but also wanted to create tags for other custom types we have. We started with this link here.

Only thing that is not documented is you have to create two sets of functions for tostr, eq, and lt per type.

First function must have the name cr_user_<type>_<suffix> calling the second (as documented) cr_mem_<type>_<suffix> that you implement.
