Bug: terminal content blank when session focused until window resize

When a session is viewed in terminal mode and focused, the terminal content renders incorrectly - sometimes mostly blank, sometimes garbled/rubbish characters. Resizing the window fixes it. Likely an xterm.js fit/resize call missing on focus.
