General graphics instability on lowend hardware

Describe the bug
Visual artifacts and glitchy textures.

To Reproduce
I went to place a trap in the Arctic and the ground looked like that (see Arctic screenshot attached).
I then went to Lottie;s shop and her shop menus looked like that (again see corresponding screenshots).
After that I was selling some blackberries and then clipped through the ground for a sec after adjusting my camera closer to said ground. Then my screen got the black and white glitchy static seen in the screenshot with the blue Flutterscotch.
I exited the game and restarted my PC. When i launched the game up again it looked like the screenshots featuring lots of green lines.

Expected behavior
For it to not look like this.

Desktop (You can find this information on task manager):

• OS: Windows 11
• GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics and NVIDIA GeForce RTZ 3050 Ti Laptop GPU
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics
