Hi,

Ver. 1.5 of the kext lead to kernel panics, ver. 1.7 solves this BUT upload speed is really slow at 5Mbit/s.
My WiFi reaches 500Mbit/s.
I have an Intel I226-V network controller on an Asus Rog Strix B760I Gaming WiFi.
Any idea how to solve this?

This is likely related to a known issue where having TSO enabled by default can significantly reduce upload throughput in some setups. You can refer to the discussion here for more background: #8 (comment)

As a quick test, could you try disabling TCP TSO system-wide and see if the upload speed improves?

sudo sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.tso=0

If this fixes the slow upload, then we know it’s the same TSO-related issue.

Is this the full panic log? It looks like the last section with the kext address mapping (the list of loaded kexts and their address ranges) may be missing. If you still have that part, could you attach it as well? That would help me pinpoint where in the kext the panic is happening.

@zzmadd Based on the feedback in #34, v1.8 should have fixed this kernel panic as well. It includes multiple relevant stability fixes in the RX/TX paths and link-state handling.

Could you try v1.8 and let me know whether the issue is resolved?
