i225v on Sequoia & Tahoe - Mixup. Not working on Tahoe?

i225v:

Sequoia:

• no patch or kexts, works fine
• patch & changes in config, doesn't work, then use appleIGC, works fine

Tahoe:

• no patch or kexts, works fine
• not patched, but changes in config still exist, doesn't work, then use appleIGC, does not work

What do I need to do to just get ethernet working?

I guess one option is to max kernel the kexts and blocked kexts that are used for the broadcom patch, for kernel 24.9? but still a bit confused on why appleigc isnt restoring ethernet here.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

I enabled AppleIGC with AppleVTD disabled and it's working for me. I do have the device property that is tricking Apple's I225LM driver into supporting the I225-V and added the boot arg e1000=0.
