Synchronize README_esp.md with the latest English version

The Spanish localization of the TutorialMaker README file currently references Slicer 5.6 and contains outdated screenshots. To ensure consistency and user clarity, the README_esp.md requires an update to align with the documentation and visual assets of the latest stable version.
