Background is Black on White Theme's Log Off Screen

Log off background is black on Silver White theme.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to Silver White Theme
2. Log Off
3. Background is black and text/icons are too so you can't see them.

What did you expect?

A white semi-transparent background, the opposite of the dark theme.
