Create data visualizations

Primary details TBD. I'd like to start with static website generation every so often (on a "tick system"). However, later, we can move to Tauri 2.0 and make full applications for it - even for mobile devices, which is kinda crazy...

This might become a source of new member projects in the long run.

To Do

Tauri App

• Make front-end for it. TBD
  • It should be pretty ✨ 👸 👴
  • Different types of graphs and display modes.
    • TBD: ask #core what they'd like!
• Backend
  • If an Arduino is connected to the computer, look into its save path and generate live visualizations.
    • If an Arduino isn't found, let the user select a serial port manually. (lock behind "advanced" setting)
  • Otherwise, ask the user to provide a datafile (.srtdata?) for an old drive day.
