Display a "pause timer" in LiveSplit

The plugin should display a timer in the main LiveSplit window showing how long it's been paused for.

I'm probably going to implement this with an option allowing you to show either a countdown of how much pause time is left for the current pause, or a field showing the total amount of pause time in the run.

It's been mentioned to me that this should be optional because it would just be another thing that would need to be explained, so there should be the option of not showing it.
