BearBrowser is the proof consumer — already wired to the agent-machine contract (scripts/bearbrowser-agent-machine-gate.py, agent-control-bridge.py, policy contract; CI policy-engine, agent-harness-browser-receipts). Use it to prove the first seam end-to-end.

Scope

• One real path: user action → agent-machine → agent-registry gate → memory-mesh inference → receipt.
• Surface the receipt to the local control plane (feeds the cockpit control-plane surface).

Acceptance (artifact): a BearBrowser action produces a real model response + lineage receipt, captured in CI as a stored artifact — not a passing run.
