Module: Payments (Token & Native Transfer Utilities)

Create a Payments module to standardize token and native-asset transfer flows used by contracts.

Direction:

• Implement safe token transfer utilities (ERC20 safeTransfer/safeTransferFrom) and native transfer wrappers.
• Support pull-based payouts, escrow patterns, and batch payments.
• Integrate fee-handling hooks and event emissions for accounting.

Acceptance criteria:

• Payments module added with well-documented APIs for single and batch transfers.
• Unit tests cover ERC20/ERC721/native transfers, failure handling, and reentrancy protections.
• Example integration with a sample contract showing deposits, escrow, and withdrawals.
• Events and error messages are consistent and documented.
