Module: Upgradeability (Proxy + Migration)

Introduce an Upgradeability module to enable safe, audited contract upgrades across the system.

Direction:

• Design a proxy pattern (transparent/UUPS) compatible module with initialization and migration helpers.
• Include an upgrade authorization mechanism that integrates with Access Control roles.
• Provide testing utilities to simulate upgrades and state migrations.

Acceptance criteria:

• Upgradeability module code added with proxy and implementation separation.
• Upgrade flow requires explicit privileged role to perform upgrades.
• Migration hooks supported and tested for at least one example state change.
• Scripts and tests demonstrate deploying proxy and performing a controlled upgrade.
• Documentation includes upgrade checklist and security considerations.
