What is npm_package_names.csv

What exactly is the "npm_package_names.csv" file? It's referenced in the code, but it's not included in the /data directory. Is it a file that contains all the legitimate and genuine npm package names exported from the official npm website?

Yes, this was an oversight. It didn't get uploaded on my initial push because of file size and I didn't catch the error. I've uploaded a .zip file that contains npm_package_names.csv.

You are correct that the file contains a master list of all packages currently hosted on npm (I can't verify that all the packages on npm are legitimate and genuine). Note that this list was compiled over a year ago at this point, when I first started this research. I will look into uploading a list with a fresh pull from npm.
