Need documentation for using and creating plugins.

Problem

With the release of 0.1.0, there is no documentation available on how to use or create plugins. At the moment, the only information available is the sqon.yml.dist¹ file that is part of the repository.

Resolution

I would like to see documentation added to the README.md file on how to use plugins and create my own.
